Our History
FPE was originally established in 1975 by father and son, Richard and Doug Bayerlein, in Wisconsin, USA to serve the local engine and compressor manufacturing industries with high quality, low maintenance and cost effective thermostatic valves. Rapidly establishing themselves with a high-quality product that delivered on time and at a fair price, their family values applied to business practices quickly spread by word of mouth across the USA and it wasn’t long before product was being delivered all over the country.
Expanding into Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, FPE product earned itself a reputation as being robust, easy to install and maintenance free – it wasn’t long before it was being seen wherever heavy rotating equipment was being utilised across the Americas. With FPE product now integrated into systems that were being shipped to the four corners of the globe, the next step was to expand internationally.
FPE is now a truly global company with dedicated facilities established in Europe, India and China. Our core family values remain intact and we still believe in delivering a quality products faster and at a fair price that our competition struggle to match and would welcome the opportunity to prove this to you at no risk to your company.
